How Did You Know Richard?
Dominic attends the funeral reception of Richard: a former lover he has not seen for over a decade. Richard let fear dictate his life and remained married, guarding his secrets from everyone but his wife. Has Dominic suffered a similar fate, or has he accepted the past, embraced life and moved forward? This film shows the importance of letting go while acknowledging how we are shaped by our past experience. Through a series of encounters at the wake, we see how that which shackled Richard gave Dominic freedom.
